REFUND & RETURN POLICY — Funky Market
We want you to have the best shopping experience at Nanhepal. If something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.
Please read our return/refund rules carefully.
1. 4-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 4-days return/refund policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible:
Item must be in the same condition as received
Unworn, unused, and without damage
Tags attached
In original packaging
Must have invoice/receipt/proof of purchase
If any of these conditions are not met, the return/refund request may be rejected.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN/REFUND
To begin the process:
➡ You must first contact our customer support.
Your parcel includes an invoice image containing our customer support contact number.
Please contact that number to submit your return/refund request.
Return/refund requests must be approved first.
Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.
Once your request is approved:
You will receive a return shipping label or
Return instructions (address, packaging guidelines, etc.)
3. DAMAGES & ISSUES
When receiving your order:
✔ Record an unboxing video clearly showing parcel opening
✔ Inspect the item immediately
Contact us right away if:
You received a damaged item
Product is defective
You got the wrong item
Item is missing
An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.
4. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item:
Request a return/refund for the item you have
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you about your refund status (approved or rejected).
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note:
Your bank/credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refund may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
